This was the second time in a year that we worked with Cathy. A few months ago we bought our new home with Cathy, and now she just helped us sell our home of 40 years in only 5 days after it was listed! It was a very emotional time for us, but Cathy was very empathetic, efficient, professional, kind and knowledgeable. She walked us through every step of the process and our home sold with no issues!
